To Energize the Inner Dimension of the Heart

1. Throughout the day, keep your heart energized by touching your heart with the energy of your breath and placing your attention on your heartbeat.

2. Design a rhythm for your day, week, month and year, and keep your rhythm. This conscious stability will allow your heart's capacity to increase.

3. Do not be concerned about protecting your open heart. What comes out of your heart has more impact upon you than what comes toward your heart.

4. Spend more time with people who recognize and admire you, and in nature. Make your environment beautiful and harmonious. You have to live in it, and it both expresses and affects your heart. This is "heart ecology."

5. Actively evoke surrender and glorification so that both of the great emotions become accessible to you.

6. Hold your emotion. Do not let yourself express your emotion in a personal way; that would vent it and deprive you of its power. Hold the emotion until it expresses itself in ways that are beautiful, harmonious and universal.

7. Practice radiating peace from your heart like a force that brings everything it reaches into harmony and peace.

8. Realize that you represent someone great. Your dedication will make all the qualities and power of the one you represent available to you in your heart.
